Does anyone know if you can edit RecordTV files in VideoStudio 9? I recently purchase a Windows XP Media Center 2005 computer and have been playing with recording Live TV. I would like to edit some of the video I have recorded, but the files are in the DVR-MS format.
There are converters out there for DVR-MS to other video file formats, but why should I convert to one file format just so I can edit. I should be able to pull the files in from MCE and edit them in VideoStudio 9. I assume all I need is a codec or plugin.
Does anyone know if this exists or how to edit this file format?
