DVD workshop 2 - mpeg error

I've seen the post to fix the, "Load MPEG vio Driver Error"
with the:
"Mpeg Vio Driver Update Patch"
http://www.ulead.com/tech/dws/dws_ftp_dws1.htm

I have this error, but this patch isn't working for me.

Is there something different for MS XP Professional with DVD Workshop 2.0?

I suspect the problem is somehow caused by the windows PATH Statement
and the fix that was given to me by Ulead at that time worked.
