Black screen during preview

Just got PS4. Why during preview mode do I get a black screen? The pictures are there ( I can see them when I stop it or move the arrow manually), the music plays and the arrow moves along.

Help.

Ulead support got back to me and had me upgrade DirectX.

That did the trick.
