Yes, today they send me a mail with a link to download a new working version of PI 11.
Now it works, I hope that this is for next days too!

I think you must write to Ulead support, because the download is personalized, with a different serial number.
I' ve wrote to them several mails until they found this solution.

I downloaded this 'new' version and it is still totally b0rked on my machine. None of the bugs I had complained about are fixed. It is unusable as it stands.
