PI Download problems

I took 5hrs to download Photoimpact the other night and I just installed it. I keep getting an error "Profile crashed. The last working profile will be used to run Photoimpact properly." I press OK and nothing ever happens. I guess I must be missing something. I run XP PRO with 384ram. If you need any other info please ask.

Hiya there

Downloaded the trial version and cant start the program
it simply freezes during the startup process.

P4 3ghz
2GB Ram
X800 XL 256

PI 10 seems to have run fine on this puter (cept for known PI10 glitches)
