Among the many products you offer what one can take a MPEG2 video format and prepare it for viewing in MPEG3 format? I want to capture in MPEG 2 and then load a file on my website permitting a viewer to view it using WINDOWS-Media Player in MPEG3 format. Thank you for your help.
