I have a .raf picture extension I am trying to open. I have PI10. Is there anyone to do this? Is it possible to do this in PI 11 or does some one know of a program I can download to open it?

Where did your image come from? It looks to me like some type of RAW image file. PI 10 has limited support of RAW images but PI 11 is supposed to be better equipped for that.
Not only does each camera manufacturer have their own RAW file format, these even differ between the different cameras they supply. I have 2 Canon cameras, one has the CRW the other CR2 file extension. Both are different formats.
If you know where the image came from, you can use the utility supplied with the camera to open. If not, get trial version of PI 11, it states that the format RAF is supported.

PI11 trial version/any problems beside PI 10
If I install the trial version of PI11 will it work beside 10 without any problems?
