DLT verify error code 0x800416ac

I am able to successfully write a disc image to DLT using DVD Workshop2's DLT writer. If I check the verify box, I get error code 0x800416ac after the write process is done and the verify process begins. Any idea what this means? Makes me feel a little uneasy about sending the tape to a replication plant. I already have the latest patch installed for the DLT writer.
