Adding images shutdown, adding audio shutdown, burning cd shutdown and hanging. I have to save after each thing I do, then the application shuts down, and I have to restart my system and then I can continue and then I start all over again the same sequence of steps: add, shutdown and restart. At this point I not a happy camper after purchasing two application and their both having problems. Take a breath and try again.

Hi, ch:
Let's try this again:
Try to make your problem clear. Use the full names of the products you are having problems with. One at a time.
Does your computer have enough memory?
Do you have a folder open that has many high-resolution images in it? Close it first. Close things that are not pertinent to ULead and its installation.
Take it from the beginning again. Tell us step-by-step:
1) What is it that you are trying to do with ULead;
2) The ULead applications you are working with;
3) The media you are using to accomplish your installation;
4) The computer you are using.
Slow down and let the users in this forum help you.
Sincerely,
Marla
