failed to convert video file error 80041c21 17002:10:0

Hi friends
I am using ulead video studio 8 to edit my video from my dv camera.
i did the editing added effects, sound and title and finally rendered to burn PAL DVD but at the end of rendering it reported the following error
"failed to convert video file error 80041c21 17002:10:0" can someone guide me to avoid this error
