How do I access this ftp link

Hi,
I have been given an ftp link by Ulead support, it is in the following format:
ftp://XXXXXX:YYYYYY@test.ulead.com.tw/filename.exe

How do I access the file from this link?. I have an ftp program but am not sure i'm correctly supplying the information to it, or do I access it via IE?

My current attempts seem to get me onto Ulead's ftp site but in an empty directory with no sign of any files to download. I have used the 'XXXXXX' as the user name, and 'YYYYYY' as the password with the 'test.ulead.com.tw' as the desired location but nothing is there.
Can anyone help with what I may be doing wrong?

From past experience they have a mirror site.
Try missing out the "tw" in your link to become
ftp://XXXXXX:YYYYYY@test.ulead.com/filename.exe

It may or may not work

Tried skipping the 'tw' but could not log on at all with it missing.

you just click on the link either in your e-mail or in Internet Explorer just as you would with any other link - makes no difference that it is an ftp site - you don't need any special programme.

missing bits out of a supplied link is never going to get you anywhere.
