Ulead Password

Post by vrv »

For some unknown reason my password no longer works when entering the ulead site to log on - i tried the "forgot password" (i didn't forget it) I entered my email address and the next page up said i would be getting my password. Does anyone know how many days or weeks before I get a password sent. There are many other frustrating things about the Ulead web site which makes it just about the worst site I have ever had to deal with in my 25 years of computing. I hope some day they will totally revamp the site. For example - there is absolutly no way to contact anyone via email, fax etc., concerning anything unless you can log in. I can't tell you how many hours I have spent to try to get into the site to access MY own information. There are no icons to describe the contempt I feel for this companys web site.

OK - new password arrived and worked - took about 10 minutes to arrive

have you checked any 'Spam ', 'Junk' or 'Bulk' folders on your e-mail programme - some ISPs see e-mails from Ulead as spam and direct them to junk folders
