This MAY fix some problems with PI

In Windows Explorer/My Computer whatever, right-click on the application (iedit.exe) and look at the "Properties" tab; under "Security" there might be a message that reads: "This File Came From Another Computer And Might Be Blocked To Help Protect This Computer".
Click the "Unblock" button and this MAY fix a few problems, I don't seem to have a problem when starting PI anymore.
No guarantee that it will work, but it shouldn't do any harm.
I think this only applies to XP with SP2

It applies to the downloaded installation file i.e. pi11_tbyb_e_uk.exe NOT the programme file.
