PS4 - I've had just about enough

I've requested a refund of my downloaded upgrade to PS4.0. The list of problems is almost endless.
1. Once the upgrade is downloaded, the install is anything but straight forward. You have to hunt for the actual installation program.
2. The "Added Content" for PS4 comes from PS3. The install program here can't make up its mind what to call itself, PS3 or PS4. Once loaded, it gives numerous font errors.
3. Rendering a 461 picture, 1.5MB show is impossible. PS crashes at the 75% point. Removed the PS4 and PS3 added content, got rid of the font errors, and tried again. Same thing. Crashes at 75%. Burn a DVD?? Get real. I can't even get to that point.
4. Once you open a show, I advise you to wait a while before you do anything. Otherwise, PS will crash.
5. What a load of junk. I'm hoping I'll get my $39 back.
P.S. Ulead, thanks for the 5% discount for contacting tech support. :evil:

Thank you, I really appreciate your offer, whoever you are (Ulead employee???). But, it's too late. I won't deal with a "patch of the day" broken software product. It seems so many folks here have the same complaint and the answer is to just patch it. Why? This patch apparently has been around for months. Why isn't it part of the download? How can this company expect satisfied customers if they distribute a known defective product? It doesn't even matter at this point if this patch is a 100% fix for all known and unknown problems. I'll eat the 20% handling fee of my purchase price and will remain happywith an 80% refund and with my ProShow Gold 2.5.

Ulead - Where Customer Service is Avoided

This is really pretty funny. Users are requesting Tech Support and software fixes from other users. Bryave (?) seems to be a good person and actually tries to help Ulead SW users. But the real problem here folks, is that Ulead should be doing this. Ulead should prominently post their "We refuse to include this fix in downloads" patch where everyone can find it. And people continue to buy their product. Absolutely amazing. I know I'm not supposed to promote other products here, but you know what I use and it works. Ulead, pull your head out and provide some customer service.
