Good Morning!
I have download Ulead Video 9 upgrad. When I clik to start I have only a message"Code TrialActivation has a serious error" and nothing...
Please HELP me!

I am experiencing the same problem. Installed and unistalled several times. Downloaded the trial version three times, still get the same message.
Does not bode well for the overall reliability of the product!

Using Video Studio

I purchased the upgrade package of Video Studio 9 on Oct. 5, along with a back-up CD and I still don't have access to use of the program. First when I would download the entire file it wouldn't unpack. After days and days of trial and more error I still didn't have anything. Finally I reached someone in service and they told me I could have a refund since I was dissatisfied with the entire package.
All I had to do was fax a signed letter that they sent to me and things would be set in motion. The fax couldn't be sent.
Attempts to call sales or technical support are difficult if not impossible. Hours are supposed to be from 9 to 5 Pacific Time. Guess what? They don't come to work until 10 or 11 o'clock Pacific Time. And trying to reach them at 3 p.m. Pacific time finds them closed for business.

Today I figured I would try again to do a download. Hurrah! it went through in something over an hour and it installed. Oh boy! I thought I had something going. Wrong. The message came up that it was a trial version and I would have to purchase it. Hello? I did purchase it and downloaded from the address that was given to me.

I have learned that the original software company was partially sold off to this other company and many people were laid off or fired. It is my opinion that the new company purchased the outfit merely to run it in the ground and declare bancruptcy with it.

Do I have confidence in ever getting to use the program? I wonder. And I still haven't received the backup disk I purchased way back on the 5th of Oct. so I have nothing, my receipt says that I have only until Oct. 19 to use the link they provided and then I guess my computer either blows up or they take my money and give me nothing. Not in my book they don't.

One unhappy user here.
