I've recently downloaded the trial version of Photoshow 4. I have used a variety of free photo show software packages and wanting something more sophisticated. The software uitself is excellent and I manage to create a great show within minutes of loading it. But I can't help feeling disappointed with the errors that occur via the burning process, DVD's crash at 71% and SVCDs burn but won't play on a seperate DVD player or on an external DVD writer. What's goign on here? Surely Ulead haven't released a piece of software that fails in its most basic function - to put photos onto a CD or DVD for viewing elsewhere. But it seems they have. The interface itself is great and really easy to use with a great range of features. But it fails to perform its most basic function then it's hardly worth buying the full product.
What I have found really useful is this forum! read the comments from other and the suggestions and fixes from please such as bryave.
Thanks to you all and I'm going to look at other software now such as Proshow Gold.
