movie factory 4 does not recognize media

I have a hp 200j dvd burner. When I try to burn my dvd, MF4 says it does not recognize media. I use MF3 & I have no problem with the dvd burner. Can anyone help!!! I would love to use MF4 but I'm very frustrated.

Are you using or have you installed any type of packet writing software? This is a common problem with some of these programs, like NERO InCD for example.
