I Need Help!!! ~Ulead VideoStudio 7~
OK, I got ULead VideoStudio 7 for Christmas last year and since then have thrown away the packaging. I got a new computer and I can't install it because I don't have the serial number for it! Help! Can someone please give it to me? Please? I have searched through search engine after search engine and got nowhere fast. If anyone could help me out, I'd be eternally grateful. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Pal but if anyone put their serial number(s) on this website they would immediately get it blacklisted. People would just start downloading trial versions and then start registering them with YOUR serial number.
Those of us who then purchase the software would end up paying more for our legitimate copies due to the pirates.
What you need to do is send an email to ulead detailing when and how you purchased your software so that perhaps they can check their records to confirm your purchase. No doubt they will then send you your serial number in a private email to yourself.

When you got your software, did you install it? If yes, good.
Did you register it on the ULEAD web site? If yes, even better, because, if you registered your software, there will be a record of it in your user account.
Worst case scenario would be if you forgot your user name and password. More often than not, the user name is your e-mail address you used to register with. There is a function on the login page allowing you to "rediscover" your old password or create a new one if you can prove you are who you claim to be.

I understand what you mean. Really all I was asking for was a PM, not a public post on this thread. I have tried e-mailing them about it - in fact I've done it twice - and I never received a reply. I even called once but just got a machine that said they were out for a training session or something like that. I guess I just have to try e-mailing them again, eh?sjj1805 wrote:Sorry Pal but if anyone put their serial number(s) on this website they would immediately get it blacklisted.
