Unspecified error 80041397 when burning

ok, here is my problem.
i made a project with dvd workshop 2.
with 86 video clips
14 picture galleries
and lots of static menus with a .wav as back sound

im at the limit with the videos (99 total)
there are 10 main movies and the rest are transaction videos between one menu and the other

the computer was almost on flames (reachs 2000mb pf memory use)

i wan to make an audio and video ts folders

finish/burn it reads the videos ok, it reads the menus but when it reaches the burning process i get the:
"Operation Aborted" when burning
Unspecified error 80041397

the videos where avi but then i turned them into mpeg 2 (i also tested with only 1 video and 1 menu and works good but with the whole project i keep getting this error)

any clue?

i have more info of my project

its a pal dvd
ive counted the menus and there are 39 (bmp files)
after the error i can see a folder named dws_ts with 2 folders in it:
cvtmenu = with 39 sub folders (the menus)
- MENU_01 = STILLMENU_ 1.bmp
MENUHL_ 1.bmp
MENUAUDIO_ 1.wav

CvtTitle = with 100 su folders (the video clips i assume)
all the folders are empty

the structure of the menu is a button that loads a transaction and the another menu, a button that loads a main movie and then backs to the same menu or a button that trigger a 3 image slide show

i have 2 menus with 15 buttons each but they mostly have 3 links

all the videos are encoded to mpeg 2 dvd pal format 720x576 25.00fps 48.000hz stereo

dont know... maybe is the huge amount of data.

since it works fine with just a couple of movies and menus i´ll try to remove some material

I'm sorry, but your description is terribly complicated!

What were your encoding settings? What was the size of the project? We need to know a lot more before we can even start guessing what went wrong.
