Low or no virtual memory when using 3Dcool production studio

Post by regg0 »

I very often get low or no virtual memory when using the above. All I have done is to load 1 minutes worth of Video background and some text with the fire effect. I leave the dimension settings as default 320 x 240 ntsc corporate. then change to pal 720 x 576 DV PAL on completion prior to create video file.
The system I am using is 160GB hard drive 512 ram. 2.8 GB processor.
Any help /advice will be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Dear HT

Many Thanks for your reply, I believe it is a radeon 9100 128MB ram. This is the only reference I can find relating to graphics. The Computer is only 2 months old and was sold as a media package.

Thanks Reg

The driver in Windows for your display card might not be compatible with DirectX 8 and will need to be updated to the latest one. You can get the latest ATi display driver for the Radeon series from http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html

If you are not using Windows XP, suggest you to upgrade.

Hope this helps.
