Indeed, nothing to go by. What scanner do you use? How is it connected? What are the scanning settings you chose, or do you use the default settings? Which scanning software, version? Size of the originals, type of original, slide, negative, print, glossy, matt, size to scan to, scanning resolution?
In order for anyone to help, we do need more detail

It's still too hard to guess.
Can you scan another photo and write down all the steps you take, including the settings that are used by the scanner to scan the photo, don't leave anything out, as too much info is better than too little.
Many things can come into play you see. If you scan at too low a resolution then when it is shown on tv it will enlarge and blur, the same if it is scanned too small as a picture, or in a funny shape, so by knowing exactly how you scan it'll be easier for us to put you on the right track.

After you have scanned the pciture can you tell us what the physical dimensions of the picture is. Open my picutres and hover the mouse over the picture and details shoould come up. Dimensions, File type and size.
I'm not sure how you then get to the displaying on tv from this app, can you run through the next lot of actions you take please.

Out of Focus Photos and Text
Hi! I have been doing mini videos for personal reasons for the past couple of years using this program and love it....however, I am now doing some for business purposes and the photos keep coming up distorted and the text is not readable. I did have this issue occasionally with my personal videos when I scanned the photos but just thought it was due to scanning. What is really confusing on the business videos is that these photos are not scanned but simply downloaded directly from my digital camera. I am saving them as .jpegs (although I did try in other formats) and dropping them in. Is there something that can be done so it doesn't look like I'm missing teeth all the time or people have oddly shaped heads? Thanks to anyone in advance who can provide some answers to this mystery...I really appreciate it as I need to have this video finalized by Friday, March 17th.
