Push File Problem

Hi, I have had the majority of PI versions, currently I have 10 installed. I downloaded the 30 day test version of PI 11 and it wont let me Smart Download or use anything from the libraries.
Says "Cannot get URL from Push File".
Anybody have any ideas.

There have been umpteen different posts here about this very problem. It could be firewall settings, server problems, and, and, and ...

Try to download the extras from the Ulead web site where you got your download from.
