How find my LIcense key when I can't enter the program?

Hellow,

I just bought the full version online. Downloaded it and installed it correctly. But when opening the program, I get an error and the program closes down.

Now I want to contact technical service, but I can't because I'm not registered as a user and I can't register as a user because I can't acces my key because I can't acces the program...

Still with me? Ok, now what should I do? :)

Hi

When you do manage to contact Ulead Support the first suggestion will be to uninstall and reinstall the program. Have you done that, or at least run a repair.

If you run the install program do you get a splash screen/demo screen showing several options.
The Read Me file contains contact details for Ulead Support in the form of an Html document.
Also do you comply with the recommended System Requirements.

There are about 20 addresses for different parts of the world.

So where are you, your profile doesn’t give any clues.

Ok, thanks.

First of all I'm from Europe, Belgium. I've reinstalled and repaired the program several times.

When starting the program I get the screen where I can choose between the three main options, and whichever I choose, I get the startupscreen with the lady and then the error. I'll try to post the error within a few minutes.

Yes, I clicked the do not show this message again button, but then I get the lady and the error when I startup.

One more thing you should know: the trial went ok on my computer, so everything should be fine. I meet the requirements sufficiently, Radeon 9800 Pro, 1 gig RAM, 3.0 Processor... Should be enough.

There have been problems reported on this forum with the download version being corrupt.

If you still have access to your download link try downloading again.
The link usually stays open for a few days, although I don’t know if you are allowed a second chance.
Worth a try.

The disc version is much safer to use.

Yes, I'm able to download it again. Maybe that should solve things, I really hope so!
