Photoimpact 11 (+ earlier versions) NOT Dualscreen Friendly

Greetings!

Photoimpact 11 (and earlier versions) are not dualscreen friendly.
My problem:

I use a Wacom Cintiq 17SX LCD Tablet as my 2nd screen (in dualscreen mode).

When I use options; for instance: Altering object transparency, the slider always shows up on the 1rst screen when it needs to show up on the 2nd screen (2nd screen = tablet). I have to put down my digital tablet screen pen and use my mouse to try and drag the slider on the far-right left-edge of the 1rst (left) LCD screen.

Things like the color selection dropdown shows up on the left-screen as well, also on the furthest-right of LCD screen 1. These controls offer no way to rellocate to the 2nd (right) screen.

Photoimpact is a fantastic program that I have fully endorsed for many years (I've been using it since version 5.0). I have recommended Photoimpact to other professional artists in the gaming industry. But this bug is a serious problem for artists using cutting edge equipment for digital fine arts and design.

I do have a few other complaints:

1.) When I use a paint brush to create brush marks, for hand drawn hair or detail in general, the object marque seems to be causing the cursor to jump erratically as if it cannot handle the processes efficiently. Photoimpact is the 'only' paint program that I use which exhibits this behavior. (others I use are Photoshop CS2 and Painter IX)

2.) Sometimes controls do not display icons on them. It seems to happen randomly when 3D Studio Max is loaded. What I mean by this is; buttons like layer/object order are void of an icon. You have to move your mouse over the area where you think the control is, and wait for the tooltip to confirm what control it is to use it.

3.) Loadtime is especially slower in version 11.
