This relates to all who have made reports on this "Web Board Forums" and to "Ulead" that are relating to a non functional program and especially also relates to when you do ask for support from Ulead and receive no acknowledgement/assistance
I feel it is about time do something and if all who are having problems with the "New PhotoImapct 11" do go and approach their "Credit Card Provider" and fill in the necessary forms and make application for their refund.
With this impact they will then realise unless they fix the PhotoImpact 11 by sitting down and rewriting the program they will not have any people using/buying their program
As all will realise in any business that when you have problems deigning you sales you have to sit down and correct the problem
So now all do the same as I am going today, that is go the credit card [Bank] and make application for a credit!
Lets all do it today and give the impact all together

Based upon the posts at the forum, I'm not even considering purchasing.
Same thing with VS8. I didn't even bother with that based upon the numerous complaints listed here. They don't get the message though.
Based upon a lack of response from Ulead regarding email support for MSP7, I am not going to purchase MSP8 either.
