Movie Factory vs Video Studio 8

Whats the difference between MF 3 and VS8? Llooks to me that VS 8 does everything MF3 does, not too much difference, so why buy MF3 when you can do it all with Video Studio 8?

1. VideoStudio 8 is mainly for home video editing, DVD burning features are from limited version of DVD MovieFactory 2.

2. DVD MovieFactory 3 is mainly for disc creation (not just DVD-Video. It also includes DVD-/+VR, Audio CD/MP3 disc creation/editing, rich DVD templates, CD Label program and a standalone software DVD player if you have the Disc Creator version), video editing features are limited.
