New version of PI 11?!

I just got a mail from Ulead with the subject,

Ulead PhotoImpact 11 - New Version Available Now

This sounds like it might be a version with corrections to the original version released. For those of us who paid for PI 11 this would be a step in the right direction...

Or is it just spam, to lure other unsuspecting digital photographers into the buggy spiderweb of the current PI 11 version?

Looks like it's more of a general sales push, with no consideration for us losers. The URL presented for a trial download is

http://ftp.ulead.com.tw/pub/esd/pi11/e/upi11_tbyb_e.exe

but the connection doesn't work (either)...

The link works for me after a bit of a delay!

Although I haven't downloaded it as you say it is a trial version, I bought the upgrade
