new bug in pi11

i've upgraded pi to 11, when i try to write some text with a letter "i" i must do ctrl-c in the block notes because in pi i can write only "I" (caps mode)

e.g.

i can write BIG but not BiG

same problem with all my fonts (over 400 font types)

Hi,

Have a look around, this problem has been discussed rather thoroughly, along with a work-around which makes it go away, at least temporarily. Worst case is that you type your text into a text editor, then transfer it to the clipboard and from there into the text tool...
