Can anyone tell me if they still have a problem downloaded from the ulead server? I have been trying for 4 days now and it just times out. I managed to start the materials download but it timed out half way through (extremely annoying as my internet connection is slow)
I have tried using smart download and it does nothing, I have tried downloading from www.ulead.com/p1/esd1.htm but still it does not work. Great product but not so great support!

The smart download has been notoriously "stupid" on many an installation in the past also. Try to download your extras here http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm
