Composition downloads????

I just bought and DL cool3D production studio. After some difficulty i was able to DL the 6 "components" . Things seem ok "I Think", except there is NOTHING in the Easy Pallette File - Composition - Movies ?????? all the others seem to be there such as 3D Models and Video Frames. Is the "Movies dowloaded from "Preset 1"???? i tried DL it several times and everything said it was successfully DL and Installed, but nothing in the Movies File??? Anything obvious I'm missing or you suggest I try - other than ULEAD Tech Support, which I'm still waiting to hear from.....
By the Way these were DL from ULEAD website Directly.

You might need to update your directX driver to display properly your previews in the EasyPalette toolbar. ^_^

thanks, but other movies and everything else works fine. After looking everywhere it seems more like the "missing" movies are on my PC....just not in the "Movies" folder in easy pallette where they should have been put automatically.........waiting to see what tech support has to say????

You might have not yet installed your program completely. Try this link to have some other components:
