QuickTime PNG 32 Bit alpha not supported?

I have a bunch of wedding lower thirds in .mov format.

The QuickTime .mov uses a PNG 32bit codec. It appears as if MediaStudio8 does not support the PNG alpha.

I had the Quicktime imported into another program and rendered out as an uncompressed AVI w/ RGB+alpha and that worked. However, if I don't have access to that program to rerender my files is there utility or something I can use that can read the alpha channel in MediaStudio from a .mov Quicktime PNG 32 bit file?
