ULead websites and downloads - very slow

The ULead web sites have been super slow or just plain offline for a couple of days. It's not at my end, all other net sites, etc.are running at their normal (fast) speeds. I have broadband, and I just downloaded some files at 300KB/s (bytes not bits).

Server problems + the after effects of a typhoon hit a couple of weeks ago.

Strange, the .com and .com.tw sites were all usable Monday and Tuesday. They're not offline, they are just dog-slow. Their Cold Fusion (.cfm) engine is beat to hell.
