Codex Error

Hello.

I used a shareware product to capture my screen into an avi file. The avi file is large, about 11 gigs. When I try to play the avi in Windows Media Player, the error indicates that the codex is wrong.

When I open the file in Ulead DVD Movie 3, after about 30 seconds, the program crashes.

Do anybody have a way for me to revive this corrupted file? I would surely appreciate the help.
