Frames
This is probably a simple question, but I am new to this software and don't have much experience in general. I am trying to put a frame around my work that I created, but the photo frame option is not dark, it is instead gray so I don't have the option to click it and make a frame. Am I doing something wrong? Is there some setting or type I have to have my document in. Please help! Thanks

Which version are you using, boxed or downloaded?
If it is a downloaded version or a trial, it does not come with all the modules and extras in the download, presumably to make the download faster. Personally I don't understand the logic behind it since you have to download the extras anyhow at a later stage and there are a lot of problems with the smart download function.
So, the answer is: if you downloaded PI from the web, go back to the download page and download the extras also. Follow the instructions to install these.

Re: frames
What type of image do you work on? If it works with other images but not with this one, there must be something peculiar about it. Is it a 24 bit RGB or some grey scale image? What type are the ones that work?ktownxena wrote:I believe it is the boxed version. I am able to use the frames for other projects that I made, I just can't get it so that I can use it for this one. I am quite baffled. Thanks for the reply.
