Ulead Tech Support

I live in Canada, and would like to call tech support instead of waiting 3 days for a "unainstall and re-install" emil, when I already told them I did that (read the emails please Ulead) And waiting for a few days for a response each time. I cannot find a phone number for Canada, or even to call to the USA on the web site. Am I missing it or is there one, and if so, what is it, and what are the wait times like, I don't want to waste my money for a phone call to be put on hold for hours.

I asked tech support about that less than a month ago and they said their Tech Support by Phone is unavailable at the moment. He said something like restructuring or something, and it would be up and running soon. Let's all get our fingers crossed.

Tech support, for me, has been OK.
I'd been trying to download the extra content (Smart Download) and the MPEG4 plugin. Got my e-mail replies within 18-24 hours.
(Still can't get the MPEG4 plugin - another e-mail going out
