adding music to picture show 4 slideshow

When I have alot of music on the slideshow already and I try to change something, many times the whole program shuts down. I can restart the program and keep trying and sometimes it will work. Sometimes I have to remove all of the music and start over. It's OK when I am just adding, the problem appears when I am trying to move or delete and add something different.

Any ideas?

Have you met PS4's system requirements:

Try to reinstall. It might help.

What music files were you adding?

Hi Melody,

Had similar problem. Gave program a serious cussing and went to bed and like magic, turned on computer today and having no problem at all.

Sounds dumb but try turning off computer and rebooting. That's the only thing that I did to "fix" my problem.
