How can I re-download extra content file in VS9

I downloaded VS9 and extra content 1 through 4 via Smart download. However parts 1 and 2 would not install and 3 and 4 did install very well. So I deleted to re-download but without success since I cannot no longer find the files. Customer support is not responding. Any ideas?

Send an email to tech support instead. They'll give you links to the contents.

Might I suggest that you don't use Smart Download? I haven't heard any good reports on it.

Just use the normal browser download facility - a reasonable (but not fool-proof) test of the integrity of what you downloaded is to just attempt to open the .exe file - it if it corrupted then you'll get an error message straight away. Of course the fool-proof mechanism is to actually install the software and test it - before the download links provided expire!

Once you have all the install files downloaded, the back them up onto a CD! Just in case you need them in future.
