ESD replacement?
I bought my ESD version of subj on Sep 21. That copy required an online activation. Ok, I activated it, though now I am not happy about it because in case something happens to my PC or I choose to replace it, I'll have to re-activate it. Ok, now I learned that Ulead has changed its ESD package from online activation to offline activation (see their product FAQ). So, my question is - can I request a replacement? I tried this with Element 5 and was told I have to deal with Ulead directly. But the Ulead tech guy (Nelson Duay) replied me twice, and, unfortunately, I haven't been able to understand whom I should contact in Ulead and in what way and what proof of purchase I should send them (and to whom personally). Has anybody asked for ESD replacement due to the activation problem? If anybody of you have done it, could you direct me to the Ulead office that deals with it? I am still unable to get any meaningful reply from them, unfortunately.

I clicked the email link mentioned above and attached a copy of my email from them showing my original purchase details and download instructions.
A couple of hours later I had a reply directing me to a new download link.
After downloading it I checked it out on one of my spare hard drives.
No Activation process this time. It simply asked for my serial number.
You get the serial number from the help "about" box.
