VS8 DV cap to AVI: Audio setting ?

The recommended procedure(s) all say that when capturing DV to AVI, the audio setting should be "DV Audio -- NTSC, 48.000 kHz, 16 Bit, Stereo." in VS8, with the 8.01 upgrade, I don't have any option that resembles this. The project properties options for AVI audio default to PCM, and list 8 others, but nothing resembling the recommendation. Is the default OK? THANKS>

Are you using a DV Camcorder? If so, check its menus to see what the default audio setting is -- it could be 12-bit or 16-bit -- recommend 16-bit...

Yes, it's a DV camcorder, and I have it set to record at 16-bit. The options in question are in ULVS preferences, configured while setting up for a capture.
