upgrade an upgrade

Hi,

A quick question, I upgraded to PI 10 at the end of August this year, I was wondering if there would be some reduction on the upgrade cost to version 11 as it is so soon after I bought version 10?, I contacted ulead but have received no reply, would anyone know who is the best 'person' to contact regarding this at ulead?

I'm afraid, you are pushing a string, an upgrade is an upgrade, reduced in price over the full version. That's all you gonna get. Doesn't matter when you purchased it.
