cant download me dumb

hey there i just bought myself a benq dc e43 digital camrea ,i installed the software (unlead photo explorer 8.0 se basic) and im trying to download some pics from my camera but everytime i do i get this message :memory card file format not recongnized (dosn't conform to exif -dcf standar): so im stuck ....

More details please. What sort of memory card is fitted? Connection used, etc?

after alot of frustration i managed to do it myself as usual it was somthing simple that i overlooked ,having a s**** computer didn't help....so i can now at long last take photos .
