Unable to Install and Lack of Support

To Heinz-oz

I did not come here to voice my frustration and NO I did not do it to feel better about my crappy situation with ulead!
I did it to let people know here in the USA that there is no longer tech support here in the USA....something YOU OR ULEAD HAVE NOT DONE.

Also, I do not care what goes on in Australia as far as tech support goes...see, I don't live there!

If you can not handle peoples legitimate frustrations in the forum.....then quit!
You didn't get involved in my problem that I posted over a month ago, and only got a responce from you because you "feel you were attacked". Grow up!!!
If I really wanted to "attack" you, I would of done so with more than calling you a "MOUTHPIECE". LET ME MAKE ONE THING CLEAR...I DO NOT CARE IF YOU OR ANYBODY ELSE KICKES ME OUT OF THIS FORUM!!!

As far as YOU being a "ULEAD MOUTHPIECE"...who gave you permission to be a moderator for a ULEAD forum web site? I'm going to bet ULEAD did!!!!

I found you sarcastic and smug with bellaDonna as with others and me, but you probably do not give a crap what any of us think!

Instead of busting some of our balls because you do not like our tone taken...why don't you contact ULEAD, and bust there balls on some of the frustrations we are exhibiting and be a voice for us. Oh thats right...it's not your job!!

Also, I did ask for a refund and was denied...period.

I have had $1300 to blow at ulead for the past 6 weeks now and you are NOW another reason I will not spend it at ULEAD.

thanks for deleting my post. it shows how weak you are. but if you think that I'm going to leave you alone you are absolutely wrong. I'll keep posting here and.... I know what to do with you.

Got my last post deleted, probably 'cos I mentioned competition. If the product is faulty (as it is) you are entitle to a refund in the UK - is it not the same in the US? At least tell your credit card company (in writing) to cancel payment.

Ulead wanted me to fill in a form (destruction of license) which they e-mailed me. They then wanted me to fax it back to another country ('cos for some reason they can send you the form by e-mail, but won't accept it back by e-mail) which would have cost a fair bit. I refused to do that and suggest anyone that has trouble registering their product do the same. If you do fax the form, ask them to refund your call charges. It's unreasonable (and I believe illegal over here) to expect people to pay to get a refund for something that doesn't work.
