VS 9 -simple DVD menu needed

Post by bgamd »

Using VS 9, I would like to be able to create a simple DVD menu with a background picture (no problem), background sound (no problem), and JUST lines of text linked to scenes.(big problem?)

Am I stuck with the pitiful few stock menu styles? I am familiar with the "customize" area of the menu creation but there seems no way to eliminate the "thumbnails".

If you have any other ulead programs you can copy any "ufo" files from them into your VS9 folders
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 9.0\Template\4_3
and
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 9.0\Template\16_9
To see them you then have to exit the create disc mode and then re-enter.

Thank you for the reply. I do not use Photoimpact and therefore can not create .ufo files.
I'm surprised that some creative person hasn't made up some additional menus and shared them. If anyone can make me up this simple menu I would be appreciative of the help.

I just need a single page menu with two columns capable of listing (and linking) text to scenes (possible 6 lines per column). I could then place a background photo and music if desired.
