Hallo I've upgraded Photoimpact 10 to 11 and it worked fine, but yesterday I used a program to polish Windows registry and then PHI didn't work anymore.
When i try to install Gif Animator it says that Photo Impact isn' installed on the computer.
Please help me.

Which program did you use to polish the registry? Do you have a copy of the "unpolished" version?
Which OS? etc. etc.
We can't help if we don't know what you are working with.
Nobody can help if you have corrupted the registry and no means of getting back to the working stage. XP has the system restore function for that. If you cannot restore the registry to the state it was in prior to your polishing attempt, I'm afraid, you can start from scratch. Install every thing again, possibly best to start with a clean slate.

Every thing works but not PI 11
Windows XP Pro, I used Vcom Fix IT to polish the registry and to delete un-necessary files, then all works fine: PI 10 and all other programs too, but not ver. 11 of PI.
Ulead says that was a bug of their last version, there is a file that may be seen as a .tmp file and cancelled by programs that polish HD. Hope they'll repair it, becaus it's a very strange thing.
