cannot download from ulead at all

Hi,

Sorry to be a pain but am a complete newbie to this. I cannot download anything from the ulead web site. I could not even get the free trial. Even turned off my firewall. I downloaded it from download.com in the end. But the smart download will not work from the programme and I cannot download manually from ulead. Any ideas please?

You may need to have javascript enabled in your browser?

Why?

1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the Security tab, click Internet, and then click Custom Level.
3. Under Active scripting, click Enable or Prompt.
4. Click OK, and then click Yes.
5. Click OK.
