DMF4 DVD Burn Manager not registered

I just installed the update of DVD MF4 from version 3. Prior version worked well, but wanted the enhanced layout options. Trial version of 4 also worked flawlessly. But after uninstalling the trial and purchasing/installing full version I get the following error when I try to create the DVD (Just before final step in the wizard I believe, I am able to preview the DVD as it will be burned): "Program Files\Common Files\DVD\uDVDBurnMgr is not registered!" and I cannot continue. Also if I go to the launcher program and hit the disc info button it tells me that no burner is installed. I have an internal Plextor 12 speed DVD burner and an external Pioneer 109 16X DVD burner (it's housed in a firewire enclosure). I tried disconnecting the Pioneer and no dice.

I've updated to the latest build, uninstalled/reinstalled several times (Though version 3 now refuses to uninstall), restoring to an earlier Windows Image and doing a clean install (no AV, spware scanner, firewall), I ran the command: regsvr32.exe /s "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\DVD\uDVDBurnMgr.dll". Nothing has worked! I searched the forum and although I came across someone with the same problem, no solution was posted.

AMD 2500 Barton
1 Gig Ram
Radeon 9700 Pro
Plextor 712 DVD Burner
Pioneer 109 DVD Burner connected by firewire enclosure
Windows XP Home, SP2
Outpost Firewall
Nod32 Antivirus
Roxio DVD Drag2Disc (I tried uninstalling this program on the clean install)
Microsoft AntiSpyware

Please can anyone help? If I can't get this going by the end of the week am going to have to request a refund.

Well cant login.

But anyway, reinstalled an from one of my old backup images and installed the program. it works now. My 3.0 install must have been corrupted (and it wouldn't uninstall in the add/remove).
