Sorry I post this here, but I could not find a better place
I am a registered user on Ulead's website. Apparently I have forgotten my password, but password reset form does not work
:(:( I tried it 3 times in the last 24 hours and nothing- I got no email.Now I emailed Customer Support, but, from the description, they seem to handle rather purchase-related problems
Have you had similar problems? How did you manage to solve them?
