Trial Version Lockfile Error

I downloaded the trial version - then clicked the softwrap setup - it told me it was successfully installed. I went to click on the icon on the desktop [also tried the program .exe] and I get a message from softwrap saying there is a "lockfile error". So the program won't even open. I have "searched" this but didn't find any help so far. Can anyone hellp me? Thanks. Oh - according to what it asked for I have all the right Quicktime, RealPlayer, Directx 9, and Windows Media 10. I also have all the system requirments plus.

Ok - it took me most of the day but I finally was able to open the trial version. For some unknown reason my "all users" document folder was denying access. I had to boot up in safe mode as administrator and change the settings so I was allowed to access the folder. Once I did that the program opened.

Just thought I would post this so if others have this same problem they could try this. Anyway it is working now.
