I created a film and inserted titles at different places. In the screen everything is OK but once the dvd is burnt, when I look at it on the television, the titles are completely moved on the left and we cannot read them any more completely.
Why? How to solve this problem?

It does sound like you used the entire screen for your titles without knowing that some of the video is never displayed on analog TVs due to the overscan area.
As kebrington said, restrict your titles to the "Safe Area", which is indicated using a dotted rectangular box when you create a title or overlay. You may want to check File -> Preferences -> General to make sure the display of the "Safe Area" is enabled using the checkbox next to that option.

Yes, I paid attention that the titles are in the frame appearing to the screen.
I have never succeed in centering titles so far. They seem moved away from the centre on the left on the television screen. I tried to look at my film about different televisions but the problem stays.
Is there anything else to try?
To reinstall my software? To change an option?
