How assign tracks in Audio submenu ?

Post by Alain »

I made a clip whith 5 différent sound tracks. I have created the links by editing the video in WS2 (selecting the Dolby digital audio template), adding the five audio tracks, and that works now perfectly.
Now I aslo want to create an audio submenu that allows to choice directly a specific sound track.
Here I thing that I've not catch the way to do it. I is like as a button in the submenu refuse to have only audio data: It must be linked to video data. So I have to re-edit a copy of the video and assign the good audio track, and then drag and drop it to my submenu button. This 5 times, for 5 buttons... But doing this I use a huge of space on the disc, because the same video is copied for each audio track...
Did I miss something ?

Language Text Menu

In the menu step, add a menu from a template (use the middle icon above the timeline). Then use the pulldown to select TEXT MENU, then hit the LANGUAGE tab -- you click on the text links, and assign the audio track in the playlist.

You can also just add text to any menu, and assign a track in its playlist.
